RUA was born where the land meets the clearest water in the Aegean. We built one place to hold three rituals — the long breakfast, the perfect cup, and the first breath underwater.
Nothing here is rushed. Everything is local, seasonal, and quietly considered — from the island cheese on the table to the reef you'll explore by afternoon.

An island breakfast that lasts as long as the light.

02 · Above Specialty Coffee
Single-origin coffee, brewed in the salt air.
Carefully selected single-origin beans through pour-over, espresso and slow cold brew. Sit with a flat white as the fishing boats come in, or take a cup to the rocks. The coffee is serious; the setting never is.
